1. General Donation Policy

All donations made through our online donation platform are voluntary contributions to support our charitable work, including care for abandoned cows, elderly individuals without family support, and orphaned children. Once a donation is completed, the funds are used in support of the Foundation’s welfare programs and cannot be reversed or cancelled except as provided below.

2. Cancellation

Once a donation transaction has been successfully submitted and processed through the payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled by the donor.

3. Refund

Refund requests will generally not be entertained under any circumstances after the donation is completed. However, in limited cases such as a duplicate donation or genuine technical error, we may consider a refund if a written request is received within 7 calendar days of the original transaction. In such cases, we will require supporting documentation and may process any refund by reversing the transaction through the payment service provider.

5. No Cash Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only through the original payment method or via bank transfer/NEFT in the donor’s name.
